We rest every coffee before it ships, so it shows up ready to brew. Roasters send us beans, we repack them into 60g bags, and we time it so they land right in the sweet spot — past those gassy first days but nowhere near stale. A lot of members tell us it's the biggest reason they stick around.
Do I need fancy gear? +
No. Every coffee comes with brew tips and a recipe dialed in on the same equipment, so there's one reference point that translates to whatever you brew on — V60, switch, espresso, or a $20 dripper. Follow it exactly or use it to dial in your own.
Who picks the coffees, and what's the range? +
Bryan and Matthias, every month — hunting for roasters, varieties, and processes we're genuinely excited about. Expect the full clean-to-funky spread; we tag every coffee clean, mixed, or funky and describe it honestly, even when honest isn't flattering. Prefer one end? The Librarian lets you lean.
What if I need a break? +
Skip any month or cancel anytime from your account — no email, no hold music. You'll always know which volume is coming next before you're billed. Shipping's included, so there's nothing extra to work out.
